Dave is a licensed Real Estate Broker and also a licensed General Certified Appraiser. Dave has been selling real estate in and around Redwood Falls for over 11 years.

Chad Stavnes lives in Lamberton and manages the Lamberton office out of his home at 400 Main Street .  He enjoys life with his wife and five children. He has been a long time resident of the Lamberton area. Chad is a licensed Real Estate Appraiser and a licensed Real Estate Agent. He chose a career in real estate based on his enjoyment working with people in a sales and customer service environment.
